Now she's friends of the native people? She must be feeling guilty for her husband owning a baseball team named the Braves and would never have dreamed in changing it.

Well, Hanoi Jane hasn't been good looking since.... Vietnam.

So does that mean we should pay attention to her now ?

Good good, let the celebrities keep yapping, so everyone can see just
    how stupid they really are.

What the hell's wrong with you people? Use her own agenda!
Explain how the oils sands is a ancient natural oil spill, and Alberta's doing everything it can to clean it up. Her problem is they're making money cleaning it up?

I wonder how much fossil fuel the helicopter that she toured around in? Anyone know which unicorn farm supplied the farts to make it fly?

Premier Notley takes aim at actor Jane Fonda over oilsands remarks
When asked about Fondas visit, Notley suggested the actor doesnt know what shes talking about and didnt take advantage of her governments offer to talk to her about both its climate and energy policies.

I would suggest that if some one is going to come to Alberta, a province that is going through significant economic downturn, fly over a city thats going through a significant economic downturn, thats just been through the largest natural disaster in the history of Canada, and then lecture them about where they should get jobs elsewhere, first of all thats super tone deaf, but secondly I would suggest that dining out on your celebrity is something one ought to also pair with knowledge and research. She failed to do that.

She also said she was frustrated that Fonda engaged in non-fact-based commentary and suggested her visit wasnt particularly sensitive to the people of Fort McMurray as they rebuild after a catastrophic wildfire and cope with the fallout of slumping oil prices.

Once again Notley showed more leadership than Trudope.

One might wonder why she doesn't make a stand in her own backyard - as one can see there is plenty to keep her busy in her own country.
