Authorities say that death toll from an unusual spate of hornet attacks in central China has reached 41 people. The Shaanxi provincial government said Wednesday the attacks had plagued not only the city of Ankang, where 19 died as reported by the official

    About 50 people a year die from Hymenoptera stings each year in the U.S. Fewer in Canada. I suspect with nice guys like Fire ants and Crazy ants spreading through the south of the U.S. that number will go up.
