HMCS Winnipeg departed Esquimalt February 5 for a six-month deployment to the Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean.

    They'll be getting here just as the weather is starting to warm up in this part of the world. They'll be happy to get back to a Victoria summer.
