The Chuck Cadman biographer who is in the middle of Prime Minister Stephen Harper's $3.5-million lawsuit against the federal Liberal party says the controversy is "a classic case of shooting the messenger."

    Wrapping himself in the flag may make all the CBC happy but he isn't giving up the tape. The copy of the tape shows edditing and the original will be centeral to a case that already has little in the way of facts.

    Reasons to surrender the tape and it's importance can be found by recycling the Liberals aruments on the Grewal smear job.
