Explosive new documents suggest Canada was aware of the harsh treatment that Canadian terror suspect Omar Khadr was being subjected to in Guantanamo Bay at the hands of U.S. military interrogators.

    I respectfully disagree. He's a Canaidan citizen. If we don't acknoweldge this and act accordingly, then Canadian citizenship means nothing. It's becomes just an ephemeral convenience.

    I geuss he should of thought of that before he and his poppy, left Toronto to go to a war zone and get caught chucking grenades at Americans. Different system of justice happens in warzones you know ?

    This incident didn't happen in downtown Toronto.

    I won't fault the Canadian government for not going out of its way to aid traitors, because make no mistake when you break it down that is what they are.

    Traitors. As in someone who has committed treason. It could have easily been Canadian soldiers on the wrong end of the grenades.

    It's also the reason Harper is neglecting to mention. He can be tried in Canada for attacking the armed forces of an ally nation.
