While I think that this is pretty much a non-issue (Don't like the odds? Don't play.), I think it is disingenuous of Tim Hortons to publish odds for all of Canada when they know full well that the odds for any given cup are different in different parts of Canada. You'd think that in amongst all the fine print they put out for this contest, they could spare a line or two to break down the odds, and be honest.

I'm just not a coffee drinker, so I haven't played yet. I buy maybe a coffee a month. I might be enticed towards a couple more this time, as I wouldn't mind driving a Venza. :)

I drink coffee from Mc'ds.

Actually they have some pretty good coffee. And the linup is about 1/20th of Tims. I think they changed their coffee in the last few years, they advertised free coffee last year for a week and I figured free was good. And it was!

And I already won a bike from Tim so I figure I'm good that is about as much luck as I;m going to get.

Although I like a bagel and cream cheese from timmy's I don;t really care for the grease Mc crap burgers at Mc'ds. Maybe I'll get my coffee tomorrow then drive to tims for a bagel.

Have to start getting up at 5 instead of 5.30 i guess.

Donnie you're not the first person I've heard this from. Personally I thinks Tims coffee is only slightly better than dirty dish water and I've never tried McD's. Maybe tommorrow I'll take a crow bar to my wallet and try one.

Yea, but we shouldn't talk about it too much or stemmer will come in here on a rant about selling off sovereignty and Maurice Strong, or Mustang1 might start spewing stuff about toasters and Dennys and octagenarians.

They did a blind taste test a few years ago, and McD's coffee was apparently rated the best.

If I do go try their coffee it would be the first time in near 15 years I set foot in any McDonalds. Their "food" isn't fit for a dog but maybe we can give their coffee a shot!

If the test was based on the odds of it putting hair on your chest, I'd be inclined to agree.

I really hate to promote McD's but their coffee is much better than it was.

If you need a fix then get one.

If you want to eat have there...just starve, its probably better for you.

Remembering their coffee from years ago it couldn't possibly be worse!

I agree, starving would be healthier for you than eating any of the processed swill they call food!

McD's coffee is really Seattle's best which was bought out by Starbucks years ago.

Tim Hortons coffee is really only good because of the insane amount of cream and sugar they put in it. Tim Hortons is also owned by Wendy's an American chain and is hardly Canadian.

Honestly good coffee comes from all over the world and the coffee from Columbia is nothing like the coffee from Sumatra. It really never creases to amaze me how many people still continue to drink garbage thinking that coffee is coffee. coffee is more like wine then anything else.

Just some fun facts.

Never got the chance to have a coffee at Tim Hortons any time I have been to Canada> I will make it a point this year to try one.

For me forget McD's coffee or anything else they sell and try to call it food.

I Like my coffee maybe just a little to much. My dad gave me a coffee cup that said Coffee Hound on it. It held 4 cups of coffee and would make my whole 15 minute break.

The hotter the better!
