No proof, no nothing. Make things interesting and go after an unconventional target than the regulars eh? Not saying Canada wouldn't be an eventual target in the near future, it could happen. Canada isn't significant now and terrorists bombing it wouldn't gain anything because nobody would care. Terrorists want to make a point, a specific point. To do damage to the western world.
