Good for ICBC for going after these people, because most of them just got slaps on the wrist. I would like to have seen them get stiffer sentences, but then find a way to erase the criminal record if they keep their noses clean for length of time. I guess that's what pardons are for. Most of these people aren't career criminals. But if they are blocked from gainful employment by a criminal record, they might just become ones.
