Oh so now you want to get serious.

Where did Mr. I'm just joking all the time go?

C'mon Bud, seriously, how far do you want to take this? Do yourself a favor and get back on topic, or in your case try something novel and get on it.

I have long ago given up arguing on Global Warming threads. There is pretty compelling evidence that it is happening but the atmosphere and hydrosphere are such immensely complex places that our models are probably far too simple. Humanity is obviously not going to do anything about it, anyway so we might a well just let it happen if it is going to. We are probably well past the tipping point if it is happening, anyway. I won't see the results much in the next 30-35 years that I may have left. My children may witness sea water lapping up near Disney World or maybe not. I waste very little effort on this sort of perpetual motion debate, now. There is no right answer. In the immortal words of the computer on the U.S.S. Enterprise: " Insufficient data for a meaningful answer."

Heaven? Silly boy. You think those guys are going to heaven. It is to laugh. :P

Where Progs go Chapman murders Lennon over and over again below the steps of the Dakota Apartments, Keith Richards is strapped in bed with an unstoppable IV drip of battery acid sticking in his arm, and Pete Townsend drowns eternally in a lake of child urine.

Well, as long as there's popcorn for the kids.

Americans don't think it's a problem to stick future generations of Americans with 17 Trillion in debt ? Why would anyone think they'd give a second thought to global warming?
