That would be the one. It happened like this. My second oldest son was visiting me. He was up in his room and I noticed a @#&^%^/'n beaver in the lake below my house. They have a lodge there and had been busy cutting down all my shade trees. I got the rifle and shot the sucker. My son wandered down and looked down at the lake and the dead beaver and said, deadpan, you always said that we had to eat what we shoot. He got the skiff, paddled out, retrieved and gutted the beaver and put it in the freezer. My wife later cooked it. It was actually very good. And there is a lot of meat on a 40 lb. beaver. Try either kind, ya might like it
