Scape Scape:
That is inherently dangerous and frankly she doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Bad pun aside, she wanted to tell those guys off, something we've all wanted to do from time to time. That's not a crime. The man assaulted her, which is a crime.

I’ll let you all in on an example of handicapped parking that I didn’t do well on. It’s my working definition of the word paradigm.
As a motorcyclist, I’ve been pretty used to parking on the sidewalk, and so I’ve been very smug and ruthless on folks who abuse the handicapped parking. I never confronted anyone but I must have glared at someone enough that they stalked me and confronted me later. The man had difficulty walking and I wasn’t the fist to believe he was a malingerer but he definitely let me have it with both barrels. He had a legitimate but difficult to see handycap and he was very pissed off at people thinking he was abusing the system, He told me this for 30 min and I apoligised because he was right and I assumed wrong.

These punks were wrong.

"the majority of people are borderline sociopaths who'd step over your corpse to get a better parking space", taken from this comic book ... http://www.viruscomix.com/things.html

EDIT:

Please disreguard that post. I was rude and apologise.

She may have indeed felt she was justified as much as I am justified in telling off my rottweiler when he chews on my new pair of shoes but I don't expect my dog to change and I certainly don't stick my face in his like she did in theirs. 9 times out of 10 she would have had them shamed into doing the right thing but there was a risk to what she was doing and assuming they would act rational is an irrational assumption on her part especially when they know full well they are breaking the law already what is one more law?

The fact is she may have felt justified and in the right but that in no way protected her and she foolishly put herself alone in a position of risk.

She knew she was getting into a confrontation. So why should she be shocked when they don't take to her version of reality? I'm not saying what they have done is fine, they are scumbags to be sure, but she did have the option to tell the store manager or call the authorities and she could have just snapped a few pics with her cellphone and emailed that in if she had one. She didn't, she decided to go and confront two young men who are total strangers with the intent of hostility. That is inherently dangerous and frankly she doesn't have a leg to stand on.

They parked in a disabled zone.
Unless they had a disables sticker, they knew that was wrong.
Why didn't they just suck up their mistake like men and move on?

They are a couple of punks like the ones that piss on the War Memorials. Cowards like that are not men.
